Job Description
Perform daily operations and handle incidents promptly
Perform regular monitoring and health-checking of IT infrastructure and systems
Provide helpdesk support to users on desktop computing and office equipment
Perform hardware and software inventory control
Perform other daily administrative tasks
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines
3 years' experience in desktop support service
Good in English is a must
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows PC environment
Holder of Microsoft certificate is preferred
Holder of Cisco CCNA certificate is preferred
General office helpdesk experience is an advantage
Willing to work on flexible hours
