Our vision is to be the largest and fastest growing pharmaceutical company in Southeast Asia by 2025, competing in global markets.**About the role**Reporting to the Manager, Technology Infrastructure and SecurityKey Responsibilities- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates, and testing new technology- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware- Timely responds to service issues and requests- Setting up accounts for new users- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)**About you**- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a helpdesk or technical support- Proficient in Windows/Linux/Mac OS- Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills- Good interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits
