The role includes optimizing system usage to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring the fulfilment of infrastructure requirements in collaboration with the IT department. The candidate will also be involved in ERP system implementation, data management, and process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Implementation and MaintenanceCollaborate with the IT department to ensure infrastructure requirements for applications are met and aligned with organizational standards.Implement and maintain business applications, including POS systems, in-house software, and third-party solutions.Gather requirements from various departments and customize applications to meet operational needs.Perform troubleshooting, resolve application-related issues promptly, and manage system updates and patches.Create and maintain master data based on agreed processes and ensure consistency across systems.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, and troubleshooting manuals.Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage application upgrades and enhancements.System Optimization and Process ImprovementAnalyse current processes and propose improvements based on system capabilities to maximize operational efficiency.Suggest logical, system-driven solutions to enhance workflows and reduce inefficiencies.Identify opportunities to automate tasks and streamline processes using application features.Train and support end-users to ensure they utilize applications effectively.ERP System ImplementationWork closely with cross-functional teams to map business processes and configure ERP modules accordingly.Support data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during transitions.Test and validate ERP modules to ensure they meet operational requirements and user expectations.Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the ERP system.Document ERP workflows, configurations, and related procedures for future reference.Data Management and ReportingExtract, process, and analyse data from various systems, including POS, ERP, and in-house applications.Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to provide actionable insights.Support departments in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data used for decision-making.Collaboration and Operational FamiliarizationCollaborate with operational teams across the group to understand different companies' processes and working relationships.Build a deep understanding of the group's diverse operations, ensuring effective communication and alignment between systems and business needs.Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project objectives and deliverables.Data Security and ComplianceMonitor and enforce IT security protocols for applications, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.Regularly back up critical data and assist in disaster recovery planning.Job Requirements:Good working attitude.Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Prior experience in application implementation or support is an advantage but not mandatory.Technical Skills:Proficiency in business applications, including POS systems and reporting tools.Familiarity with SQL and database management is highly desirable.Knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Soft Skills:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure in high-stress environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end-users.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.#J-18808-Ljbffr
