It Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:Configure, operate, and maintain network devices and firewalls using industrial standard criteria
Respond and attend to issues related to network or storage raised from manufacturing field.
Monitor the hardware to ensure it is properly maintained.
Maintain related documentation and process definition on system changes as required.
Maintain network performance by performing monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating issues to vendors.
Responsible for completing necessary certification and training as needed by the company.
Generate network performance reports periodically, monitoring and analyzing any network anomalies.
Monitor provider network performance and traffic health reporting.
Plan, implement, and test Disaster Recovery Plan related to servers.
Provide technical support on hardware/software-related issues.
Liaise with vendors or service providers on support services.
Carry out special projects/tasks as assigned.
Attend to ad-hoc or emergency cases related to servers or IT generally.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of related experience in this field
Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and network security
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Able to standby after working hours
Willing to return onsite after working hours (if needed)
