It Officer

Provide L1 & L2 hardware, software, CCTV and door access technical support and problem solving to all users.- Perform analysis, diagnostics, and provide/suggest solution to all IT problems for internal staff and as well remotely to external users.- Prepare, set up and install new PC with users' data backup and migration.- Maintain and update documentation and reference materials related to computer systems.- Maintain and monitor the computing hardware and software assets of the company, including system updates, software licensing expiry and hardware decommissioning.- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.- Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities (new & upgrade).- To handle any ad-hoc task which required by superior.- Good understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems.Job Requirement- Fresh graduate or with working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Windows operating systems configuration, troubleshooting & implementation.- Experience in customer facing role, remote support, telephone supportPay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridayWillingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
