Responsible for first level support of IT Computing Services, operating as an IT touch point to the users managing systems availability and issue resolution, as well as execute and communicate IT security policies.
Plan, coordinate, and manage operational support for onboarding and offboarding users to ensure integrity of IT services.
Oversee daily IT operations and provide user support for IT services, systems, networks and applications; Pro-active follow-up and updates on Service Requests, Incidents and Changes.
Regularly update and implement IT policies and procedures for IT support operations, including standard documentation, maintenance contracts for desktops, laptops, servers, storage firewalls and network devices.
Ensure a smooth operating environment with up-to-date security patches and corporate IT infrastructure projects adhere to approved design principles.
Monitor vendor management to ensure that the service level agreements are met.
Provide support for corporate or regulatory IT compliance audits and ensure appropriate closure.
Assist with any ad-hoc assignments provided by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Preferably 2 years' experience with good and diversified knowledge in IT.
Professional qualifications such as CCNA/P, MCSA/E will be added advantages.
Experience in more than one technology of the following:
Windows 10 and above, MS Office Suite.
Windows Active Directory.
TrendMicro Anti-Virus and WSUS.
Mobile Device Management.
Break-fix support of Desktops, Laptops, Smartphones, and 1st level support on Servers, Storage, Routers and Switches.
Server room facilities support.
PowerShell Scripting, Python or JavaScript is an advantage.
