Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored IT product solutions.
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value of IT products to prospective clients.
Conduct detailed product presentations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the solutions' capabilities.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requirements by coordinating with internal technical teams.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation by preparing high-quality responses.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Provide technical training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of the solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven expertise as a Presales Consultant with a strong focus on IT product sales.
In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including their design, implementation, and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation and delivering client-facing materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs creatively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the IT landscape in Malaysia or Southeast Asia.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Certifications in relevant IT domains are a plus (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Microsoft Azure).
