We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South, Selangor.
This is a full time perm role with the product company (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).
Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for the company solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of the company products and services.
Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of the company solutions to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how the company can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional modules and services.
Stay up to date on the latest developments and advancements in property management technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices, to continually enhance presales effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including client account personnel and software developer, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in any field with passionate in the software industry.
