It Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Manage and oversee the eRoadshow, S-Livestream, and S-Game pillars, ensuring they meet the highest expectations.- Monitor and optimize the issuance, sales, and traffic of S-Coin to align with established targets.- Ensure smooth operation of backend systems, operational processes, order fulfillment, customer service, dispute resolution, and refund processes.- Minimize live session issues and achieve targeted traffic, sales, and conversions for roadshow and S-Livestream.- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and foster their loyalty through S-Game and other initiatives.- Contribute ideas for improving the overall gamification features of the Senheng App to enhance daily active users (DAU) and monthly active users (MAU).- Facilitate the seamless conversion of S-Coin without any issues.- Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance attractive offers for customers.- Monitor and expand the progress of new and existing pillars.- Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet operational requirements.**; Requirements**: - Requirement- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the IT industry. Experience specifically in managing IT products or software development projects is highly desirable.- A project management certification (eg. PMP) would be a plus- Proven experience in successfully managing products throughout their lifecycle.- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and leverage industry insights to drive product innovatio
