It Production Support - As400

**Responsibilities**:- Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and parsing logs for issue investigation or Shell Scripting (ksh, perl, etc), SQL- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve incidents and problems efficiently.- Respond to service desk tickets and user inquiries promptly, providing timely and effective resolutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and infrastructure teams, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents during off-hours, weekends, and holidays.- Continuously monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.- Document support activities, known issues, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.**Salary**: Up to RM7,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shift
