IT Project Management Office (PMO) - Senior ExecutiveResponsible for executing and assisting in planning, organizing, and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects to ensure they are executed according to schedule, cost, and quality.
Work closely with business stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to achieve project deliverables and outcomes.
Conduct user requirement gathering sessions, training, and meetings.
Provide post-project implementation support to users.
Act as an in-house consultant to provide consultation advice to business departments whenever required.
Perform R&D on new technologies for digital automation in the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in IT project management/software development/application support for Senior Executive position.
Possess good analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying issues, root causes, resolutions, and recommendations.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal relations skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a team.
Prior experience in similar IT project roles (e.g., ERP, EPM, ECM solutions, data analytic tools, business process automation, cybersecurity) and knowledge in project implementation is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
