Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning:Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
Team Management:Leading and managing project teams.
Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Stakeholder Communication:Acting as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
Keeping them informed of project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the project.
Developing strategies to mitigate or resolve these risks.
Quality Assurance:Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Conducting testing and reviews as needed.
Budget Management:Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring that the project remains within budget.
Handling any financial discrepancies or adjustments.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Problem Solving:Addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the related field.
Experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
