About the role We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating cloud project migrations, systems integrations, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across technical, product, and legal teams. This position requires a proactive individual who can set targets, drive change, and ensure project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines. Your ResponsibilitiesPlanning and monitoring project activities from ideation through to completionCoordinate internal and external resources for project implementation.Manage project progress and adapt work as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, shareholders and consumers.Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.Designing risk mitigation and innovation audit plan.Conducting project review and creating detailed reports.Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.Any other relevant task directed by the supervisor. We are looking for someone with:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably in the IT sector.Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience managing cloud migration projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in setting targets, managing change, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Knowledge of project management methodologies (, Agile, Scrum) and tools.
