Are you an organized and proactive professional with a talent for coordinating complex IT operations?
We are seeking an IT Project Manager / Coordinator who excels at bringing together people, processes, and technology to ensure seamless execution of our IT initiatives.
In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination for all IT-related activities, working closely with various stakeholders to implement strategies and architectures developed by senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Coordination of IT Projects: Serve as the primary coordinator for all IT projects, ensuring tasks are executed according to the strategic plan.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align efforts and meet project timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and facilitate resolutions.
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Act as a liaison between senior leadership, IT teams, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to keep all parties informed and engaged.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for the IT team.
Process Integration and Optimization: Integrate various IT processes to create a cohesive operational workflow.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure that IT operations align with organizational goals and contribute to overall effectiveness.
Vendor and Resource Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage contracts, service agreements, and deliverables.
Oversee the procurement of IT resources, ensuring timely availability and optimal utilization.
Manage relationships with third-party providers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
Operational Support and Troubleshooting: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems function smoothly and issues are promptly addressed.
Coordinate technical support efforts, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of operational needs and adjust support strategies accordingly.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT projects, processes, and systems.
Prepare regular reports on project status, operational performance, and resource utilization for senior leadership.
Ensure that all documentation is accessible and updated regularly.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure IT operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Coordinate audits and assessments as required.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment within the IT team and across departments.
Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
Support team members in achieving their objectives and professional development.
Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Experience in coordinating IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development processes, and vendor management.
Comfortable to be stern and establish boundaries between professionalism and personal relations.
