No internal software developers / engineers to support the implementation Rely heavily on specialized vendor (with relevant industry experience) to process map, train users and roll out a customized / highly configurable solution Responsibilities Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with ERP systems Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes Training users - Ensure adoption of the new system Understand, justify & budget for project scope changes - and ensure the solution is not over engineered and is fit for purpose and high end user acceptance.
