Job Responsibilities:Design and deliver IT training courses to staff members in various areas, such as software applications, network administration, and hardware systems.
Develop and implement training strategies to meet the needs of an organization's employees.
Create customized training plans and materials to address the specific needs of employees and the organization.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that training aligns with the organization's technology strategy.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to individuals or groups during the training process.
Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
Prepare IT-related SOPs, training reports, feedback, and evaluate the training effect.
Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
Identify and address system issues and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Guide users on system usage and provide feedback to the development team to improve the user experience.
Perform User Acceptance Testing to evaluate the functionality of new or existing products.
Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Preferably experience in leadership development.
Prefer candidate with an outspoken personality and able to withstand great work pressure.
Good interpersonal communication skills in interacting with people at all levels professionally.
Basic understanding or experience in the operation and functionality of system logic.
Required skill(s): Presentation skills, strong logical thinking, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel across Malaysia.
