Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related technical field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT R&D, software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning or a similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, Angular, and .NET Core, with proven project delivery experience
- Proficiency in data analysis, TensorFlow, and Power BI, and familiarity with software development methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, and project management
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to improve existing products, processes, or systems within the organization
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate new research projects or explore technology trends aligned with Management's directives
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee R&D projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource constraints
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies into existing processes or systems
- Lead and mentor a team of R&D engineers/developers, fostering growth and innovation
