It R&D Lead

Qualifications & Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related technical field
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT R&D, software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning or a similar role
Strong in programming skills in Python, Angular, and .NET Core, with proven projects delivery experience
Proficiency in data analysis, TensorFlow and Power BI, and familiarity with software development methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication skills and project management
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to improve existing products, processes, or systems within the organization
Identify, evaluate, and initiate new research projects or explore technology trends aligned with Management's directives
Plan, prioritize, and oversee R&D projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource constraints
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies into existing processes or systems
