The Offer Great opportunity The Job Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Outreach Actively source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting tools.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs.
Screening and Assessment Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and to create targeted interview processes for different technical positions.
Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide interview feedback and guide candidates through each stage of the process, from initial interview to final offer.
Offer Management and Negotiation Extend job offers, handle negotiations on terms, and address any candidate questions.
Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive offers aligned with the company's compensation structure.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience Promote the company's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruiting materials that highlight the company's values, culture, and benefits.
Database Management and Reporting Track and manage candidates within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
The Profile Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably within an agency or in-house.
Strong knowledge of technical job roles and skills (e.g., software development, data science, network administration).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in ATS software and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
