**Descriptions**:- Responsible to execute, monitor and ensure all users' tickets are received, recorded, 1st level troubleshooting and or channel to respective support group in providing required IT support and services.- Responsible to maintain, support and ensure the availability and response time performance of the IT Service Desk within acceptable level.- Responsible to execute, manage, control and enforce procedures and process flow in IT Service desk to ensure escalation process, policy and procedures are followed.- Responsible to classify, record, analyse & escalate all IT related request to relevant support group within a standard time frame or Service Level Agreement.- To control and ensure all request are channel to respective support group or expert in providing required IT consultation, system or IT infrastructure.- Responsible to provide functional and technical support for the system delivered into Production.- To assist, support and coordinate the implementation and certification/assessment of audit within Business & Service.- To implement the information security activities (ISMS) in term of confidentiality, integrity and availability within GITD.**Requirements**:- Has exposure in attending SAP ticket- Notebook and Microsoft solution troubleshooting ( Office 365, Sharepoint etc.)- Oracle Database- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other relevant discipline- 2 years - Experience in various IT Fields in IT Operation, maintenance support or other IT related Field especially in support services- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, customer focus and customer orientation.- To handle extra workload with minimum supervision.- Flexible and willing to work in shift operation.- Possess ability to understand on IT life cycle.- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callAbility to commute/relocate:- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Notice Period**Experience**:- SAP: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)
