UST Global -Penang is Looking for Service desk Analyst or SME- Bayan Lepas Location.
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Work Location: Bayan Lepas
Note: Must be ready to work in rotational days (No nightshifts) and Work from office.
JD:
Active directory (Password reset, account unlock, password synchronizing)
Must have some ticketing tool experience (ex: ServiceNow)
Trouble shooting (Skype, Desktop, VPN Citrix), SLA
Average time to handle the call
Average time to answer the call
Abandon calls, Abandon call rates, abandon call Issues
Handling High rated users, frustrated users.
Network Sharing, Hidden Sharing, DNS
regular calls use to handle, daily top calls
howmany calls use to handle on a daily basis( like to 20 to 30 Calls).
experience in email support, experience in chat support, experience in Call support is must

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
