Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
Providing L2 support and guidance to end-users experiencing issues or seeking assistance with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Navision Assisting in basic configuration tasks within Business Central, such as user setup, permissions, data entry, or basic system settings. Identifying and diagnosing system issues, performing initial root cause analysis, and implementing solutions or escalating problems when necessary. Maintaining accurate records of reported issues, solutions provided, and changes made to the system for knowledge sharing and future reference. Assisting in monitoring system performance, executing routine system checks, and contributing to system maintenance activities. What do you need to have for this role? Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/ Technology Proficiency in troubleshooting basic Navision-related issues, understanding system configurations, and diagnosing problems related to user access, data entry, or system functionality. Ability to analyze reported issues, perform basic root cause analysis, and provide solutions or workarounds in a timely manner.
