It Staff Engineer (It Security)

Job Responsibilities:
Coordination with local IT and OT stakeholders when it comes to the mitigation of found vulnerabilities.
Verification of the effectivity of implemented security controls, such as firewalls, anti-malware software etc.
Help with identification of Linux / UNIX security improvements and help local stakeholders implement them.
Support the team with handling of Security Tickets coming in through ServiceNow.
Support the team with the execution of Security Audits and the implementation of corrections as the outcome of those.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science or related studies.
Ideally with prior working experience in Information Security.
Solid knowledge of the principal Information Security principles (such as the protection goals). Ideally experience with common security standards such as ISO 27001 or TISAX.
Fundamental knowledge of Linux / UNIX OS, preferably some programming experience (Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Python etc). Knowledge of modern IT Security tooling such as networking, firewalls, antimalware (EDR / XDR), SIEM etc.
Good English required and good communication skills needed in order to properly communicate with local stakeholders.
