**Key Responsibilities**:- **Internal IT Support**:- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff.- Assist with internet connectivity problems and network configurations.- Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals used within the company.- Ensure data security and backup procedures are implemented and maintained for internal systems.- **Computer Technician**:- Diagnose and repair hardware faults and malfunctions.- Assemble and upgrade computer systems based on client specifications.- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of computer equipment.- Test and evaluate new hardware and software products for compatibility and performance.- **Client Bookkeeping**:- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses for clients.- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments on behalf of clients.- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for clients.- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients as needed.**Qualifications**:- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Previous experience working in a computer shop or similar IT support role is highly desirable.- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Basic bookkeeping experience or willingness to learn.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.- Medical benefits.- Opportunities for professional development and advancement.- Friendly and supportive work environment.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
