You will be responsible to provide general group IT support on technical issues and change requests for both hardware and software.
-Responsible for technical support: resolve general IT requests and issues within company.
-Manage, maintain and monitor IT assets and inventory (software licenses, PCs, laptops etc).
-Install, configure and maintain office workstations and laptops (Windows, Mac).
-Support, troubleshoot and monitor office infra and appliances (network, printers, endpoint protection etc).
-Manage login access to systems and applications (accounting, HR, CRM, social media and various business software).
-Perform regular IT security patches, system upgrades and preventive maintenance.
-Ensure IT security compliance on infra, application, data, backup and disaster recovery.
-Perform any other adhoc IT administrative activities (e.g.: migration, assessment, troubleshooting, audit).

; Requirements:-
-Preferably graduates from computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
-At least 1 year of experience in system administration, IT technical and/or support role.
-Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS configuration, maintenance, monitoring.
-Familiar with network protocols, mail server, DNS setting, file sharing, firewall, router and printers.
-Knowledge in business software (e.g: accounting, HR, CRM, ecommerce), digital and social platforms is an added advantage.
-Experience in Google Cloud, AWS and/or any cloud infra and services is an added advantage.
-Experience in Crowdstrike and/or any EDR endpoint protection solution is an added advantage.
-Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.
