DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving individual to fill the role of Support Engineer. This post presents many daily challenges and requires performance beyond expectations to seek out effective solutions in a constantly changing environment. We require a problem solver with analytical skills and sound judgment who demonstrates flexibility, independence, and technical innovation. The successful candidate should also communicate well with a variety of people in diverse situations and show a consistent willingness to learn and improve on their performance.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURSOffice 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and Intune administration skills
Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Azure AD, Active Directory, RDS, VPN
Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Skype for Business is a preference.
Demonstrates responsibility and willingness to help.
