Responsibilities:
Assisted the development team in testing project products, such as test case programming, execution, white/black box testing, analysis of test results, submission of test reports, and defect tracking.
Responsible for providing daily technical services to customers and solving technical problems encountered by customers in the use of products.
Provided technical training to customers and guided them to correctly select product processes and procedures.
Assisted the R&D team to jointly deal with project implementation, daily maintenance tasks, and other work assigned by the leader.
Minimum Requirements:
Full-time public bachelor degree, major in computer/Internet of Things/Software engineering.
Knowledge of automation testing, safety testing, functional testing, performance testing or modern test tools.
Familiarity with SQL Server/MySQL and other relational database systems.
Good communication skills and teamwork ability; fluent in English and Mandarin.
Base in Shanghai or Kaohsiung.
