Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's IT assets, including procurement, recording, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware devices and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for laptops and other IT peripherals.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure stability and security, including LAN, WAN, and VPN setups.
• Assist in configuring network setups, including firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Create and update IT-related SOPs to ensure all operations comply with company policies and best practices.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure alerts and proactively resolve or escalate alerts if deemed necessary.
• Assist other teams with supervision and support tasks
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant skill experience.
• Deep understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, databases, and security technologies.
• Ability to monitor and analyze product logs, extracting valuable information and insights from the data.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 products and solutions.
• Proficiency with various operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
