It Support Executive

Role and Responsibilities
Technical Support:Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues for end-users.Troubleshoot problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.User Management:Create and manage user accounts, including setting permissions and access controls.Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and other user access issues.System Maintenance:Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on computers and servers.Assist in the monitoring of network performance and respond to outages or slowdowns.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.Document procedures and troubleshooting steps for common issues.Support for IT Projects:Assist in the implementation of new technologies or systems.Support IT team members in larger projects, such as server migrations or network upgrades.Job Success Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology.At least 2 years of working experience in related field.Knowledge in SAP Business One would be an added advantage.Additional Notes / Desirable Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
