Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment? CXL is seeking an IT Support Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and support our team with technical expertise.
What You'll Do:
IT Operations: Ensure seamless performance of our computer systems, from installing and maintaining software to managing data backups and liaising with vendors.
Helpdesk Support: Provide 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain strong communication with users to resolve problems effectively.
Reporting: Use tools like Crystal Reports and Microsoft Excel to generate insightful reports, including application, helpdesk, and internet usage summaries.
Onboarding Support: Set up systems software and hardware for new team members.

Job RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 2 years as a Helpdesk Analyst or IT Administrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and Windows Server / Windows 7.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
