Job Descriptions:Responsible for the technical support in the company.
Ensure the normal day-to-day operations of servers, computers, and other hardware/peripheral devices in the office.
Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
Supervise project activities.
Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.
Monitor the daily progress of projects and ensure project deadlines are met.
Manage expectations, control, and track project performance.
Report project status on a weekly basis to customers and the project team.
Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
Communicate with vendors and project managers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
Work under minimum supervision and have a sense of urgency in responding to technical support.
Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and deliver a solution from our vendors.
Must have at least two (2) years of practical experience in the IT department.
Must have practical experience using Oracle SQL Developer for more than one year in various work tasks, capable of independently creating Oracle SQL scripts, including the skill to compose SELECT statements from scratch, showcasing a strong proficiency in SQL.
Good knowledge of DELL computer hardware and computer troubleshooting.
Fundamental knowledge in networking such as LAN, WAN & Security.
Required Language(s): Malay & English.
