Experience and QualificationsDiploma/Degree in IT or related fieldMinimum 3 years of working experience as an IT personnel or related industryPersonality and Competencies/SkillsMeticulous and organisedAble to multi task and able to work under pressureTeam player, able to work independently with mínimal supervisionGood communication and interpersonal skills**Responsibilities**:Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution optionsMonitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licensesSupport and administer outlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etcCompile and prepare reports regularlyTravel to stores for support when neededSetting up, managing and maintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations or storesUpdate and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT DepartmentKeep updated with latest technology and security risksAny other IT adhoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
