It Support Executive

IT Support Executive Based in: Head Office, Ipoh Responsibilities - Provide 1st level IT system support on IT software and hardware, and tracking on Service Request ("SR").- Conduct IT system training.- Conduct IT Survey.- Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.- Helpdesk Service Ticketing maintenance.- Support Operating Systems and In-house developed applications.- Support IT equipment issues and inquiries raised by users.- Assist in the project implementation of KLK IT systems.- Conduct QA on IT Systems prior to release to production environment.- Involve in IT Operations tasks in collecting backups and processing tasks to ensure data and reporting needs are fulfilled.- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities.- Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.- Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in Malaysia and Indonesia.- Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
