Job Description
Ensure all user computers are in good condition and provide support assistance for any problems.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for all users.
Provide computers with specific applications and configurations for new users.
Install or upgrade software for all users, as required.
Manage and maintain all IT assets & inventory records for new, faulty, and spare equipment.
Generate monthly reports for user, server, and network status.
Monitor server, networking, and internet to ensure VPN connection is always up.
First-level checking for third-party devices (printer, barcode scanner, phone) for reporting to vendor if issues arise.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by Management/Superior from time to time.
Provide online/on-site (PJ & Nilai Negeri Sembilan) IT technical support.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude with polite and professional service.
Perform good end-user support in areas such as troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, network equipment issues, and other related IT issues.
Technical training will be provided.
Take calls and standby support on a rotational basis and be available during public holidays.
Work independently.
Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
Requirement:
Possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 & Windows Server Operating System.
Good knowledge of AD Server, Virtual Server Management, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Dynamic 365, and PABX Telephony.
Basic knowledge of programming languages and Linux.
Good in computer-related hardware diagnostics and problem-solving.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Possess own transport.
