It Support Executive (Wfh)

1. **Software Troubleshooting**:- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, providing timely resolutions.- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs and glitches as per SLA.2. **User Assistance**:- Provide training and create user guides for software functionalities.- Offer remote or in-person support to address user queries and concerns as per SLA.3. **Documentation**:- Maintain comprehensive documentation on software issues, resolutions, and user interactions.- Excellent planning skills, with the ability to organize and schedule work tasks effectively.- Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service for users.4. **Collaboration**:- Work closely with the development team to escalate complex issues and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation support to achieve all the SLA commitments and requirements.- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of user information and sensitive company data.**To succeed in this role, we will need you to have**:- Proven experience in providing software support and troubleshooting.- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in software support.- Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.- **FRESH GRADUATES** are encouraged to apply.- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment- Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English. **(**Speak, Read & Write)- Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.- Related work experience in Customer Service field/IT Support will be an advantage.- Possess the right attitude with willingness and humility to learn.- 6 days' work week.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Early shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
