It Support

Monitor and maintain PIDS software and equipment working well and up to date the real time bus schedule- Create, administer and publish content in line with branding and marketing communication plan and strategy- Develop content and bus schedule on which platform and gate- Update the current bus operator by referring system support team- Provide online/onsite technical support to ticketing counter and various equipment of CTS- Monitor and maintain the uptime of all POS equipment, ticketing system, efficiency of software and integrity of integration- Responsible in technical complaints, rectifying remotely and attending site troubleshooting- Liaise with sub contractor for the technical complaint and hardware/software failure to maintain the effectiveness- Responsibility to update all ticketing POS for the new changes- Maintain all networking and system for Check-In counter and PIDS**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- IT support: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (required)
