**Job Descriptions**:- Manage and monitor infrastructure components, including cloud servers, desktop PCs, printers, and networking equipment to ensure operability.- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.- Conduct research and liaise with vendors for system deployment and implementation.- Propose, develop, and implement actions to enhance IT systems' capability, performance, and compliance.- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely implementation of system enhancements and projects.- Maintain and manage CCTV and door access systems.- Perform asset and inventory management of IT hardware and software.- Provide support for retail POS systems.**Requirement**:- Hands-on IT helpdesk experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.- Experience in vendor management.- Proficiency in English and Malay.- Bachelor's degree or diploma in information technology or related field preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.- Knowledge of network IP setup, port forwarding, database server setup, and mail server setup.- Familiarity with TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, TFTP, SMTP, etc.- Strong customer support skills for on-site installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
