Job Responsibilities Maintain IT inventory in organization (hardware & software) Support and maintain network infrastructure and reliable backup system (Disaster Recovery) Support ad-hoc IT projects for proper integration and effective implementation Support network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting issues and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with service provider on network optimization Prepare report on task progress and issues encountered with solution recommendation Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior Support in office task (documentation) Main window for IT support/helpdesk in organization - 1st level support To participate NMM company activities (Ss, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned
