It Support

-  Responsible for the company's overall IT operations in terms of hardware, software, network infrastructure, web application and server related matters.


-Setup, configure, support and maintain various software and hardware of all computers and network equipment.


-Administration of server database, network operations, system configurations, backup, recovery and system access security.


-Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users.


-Support and maintenance documentation.


-Delivering and supporting IT projects.


-Assist in the plan and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology integrations to support growth, scalability and future trends.


-Liaise with vendors related to hardware, software and maintenance services.


-Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by supervisor when required.

; Requirements:-


-  Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant field.


-Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.


-Familiar with Oracle/Dynamics 365 Business Central/Jet Report will be an added advantage.


-Team-player, aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


-Knowledge of hardware and software management, experience in PC troubleshooting, IT networking, email configuration, firewall, web development and etc.
