Job DescriptionResponsible for the company's overall IT operations in terms of hardware, software, network infrastructure, web application and server related matters.
Setup, configure, support and maintain various software and hardware of all computers and network equipment.
Administration of server database, network operations, system configurations, backup, recovery and system access security.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users.
Support and maintenance documentation.
Delivering and supporting IT projects.
Assist in the plan and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology integrations to support growth, scalability and future trends.
Liaise with vendors related to hardware, software and maintenance services.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by supervisor when required.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Familiar with Oracle/Dynamics 365 Business Central/Jet Report will be an added advantage.
Team-player, aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hardware and software management, experience in PC troubleshooting, IT networking, email configuration, firewall, web development, etc.
