Details of the offer

Manage and support on-site IT systems, infrastructure, and production control applications in JIS/Non-JIS environments, implement global-standard IT solutions, ensure data consistency, maintain IT documentation, resolve technical issues, enforce security protocols, manage IT/OT devices, and oversee incident and request tracking in the IT Services Management System.
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinates, maintains, and supports on-site applications and system infrastructure, including Production Control System standard (SAP, PCS, QDB, QDC, PVS) and associated operating systems/software in the JIS/Non-JIS environment.
Acts as a key player in the global acting IT Support team.
Implements, rolls-out and manages IT systems and software packages that comply with global standards.
Guarantees availability and consistency of all local data in alignment with data owners.
Provides expertise for overall JIS/Non-JIS processes and network, server and telecommunication services, as well as IT solutions across functional areas.
Maintains IT documentation of diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues by providing efficient and practical solutions.
Escalate complex problems when necessary.
Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including access controls, firewalls, and data encryption, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
Setup, manage, and maintain IT/OT devices (PITS) in production environment.
Manage/monitoring/tracking all incidents and requests in IT Services Management System.
Competencies and experiences:
Bachelor's degree in computer/IT or any other related fields.
At least 3-5 years working experience in the manufacturing field.
Experience installing, troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 environment.
Basic knowledge in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network, cloud network, switch, physical/virtual windows server management.
Experience using remote tools to support remote end users and systems.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Good interpersonal skills, eager to learn and service-oriented.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to provide on-call duty support.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
