It Support Intern

The IT Support Intern will assist the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems. This role provides hands-on experience in resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and learning about IT infrastructure in a professional setting. The intern will be responsible for tasks such as installing and configuring software, monitoring system performance, managing tickets, and providing timely assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
 
Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for hotel staff and guests.Help in maintaining and updating IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.Provide technical support to employees and guests, including setting up and troubleshooting computers, printers, and other devices.Assist in tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.Network Support: Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining the hotel's network infrastructure.Contribute to IT projects, such as system upgrades, installations. and cybersecurity initiatives.Assist in creating and maintaining IT documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and system logs.Help conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications.Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
