Job Scope: Provide IT support services for users, include Office, laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, etcResponsible for the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of network equipment, ensuring overall network performance. Manages network security through firewall maintenance, virus protection updates, and resolution of security issues. Provides efficient network troubleshooting and effectively communicates issues to colleagues and management.Offers internet solutions for new outlets and enhances connectivity for outlets with connection problems.Manages network devices, maintains inventory, and stock quantities. Supports projects by providing network infrastructure and collaborating with subcontractors for installations and design. Designs and optimizes network solutions while staying updated on security and networking best practices.Ensures network compliance through audits and implements disaster recovery procedures.
Investigates and addresses network faults and issues. Job Requirement A diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. 3 years experienceCertifications in ITIL and Networking are advantageous.A minimum of three years of relevant experience in IT, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge of current technologies and industry trends.Proficiency in general IT support, including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Google Cloud.Experience with networking (WAN, LAN, and Wireless) and helpdesk systems.Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin.Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detailAn eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards professional development.Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
