RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in all IT infrastructures, troubleshooting and rectifying problems of all related matters including hardware, software and applications, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
Responsible for the network system administration, maintenance & backup.
Troubleshooting system and network problems.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues or faults, and liaising with external IT vendors from time to time.
Setup and maintain PCs.
Provide end-user computing support for PC desktop and business applications.
Assist in user support on business applications.
Liaising with IT vendors on hardware and software maintenance, software licensing.
Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
Configuring laptops and desktop systems.
Resolving hardware faults.
Manage email user ID and domain ID creation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Hardware or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of current technological trends in IT industry including LAN, WAN, Internet, Telecommunications, Application Software and Network Security.
Experience in MS Excel and Word at intermediate or advanced level is required.
Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting technical issues.
Hands-on experience in solving personal computer, network and peripherals problems.
Experience in Windows server, troubleshooting computers, and maintaining computer networks.
Highly adaptive, able to multi-task and flexible in progressive workloads.
Good command in spoken and written English.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to support other branches.
