TANG International Education Group Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an IT cum Trainer Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, online teaching, and excellent communication skills. As our company deals extensively with clients from China and Malaysia, proficiency in both Chinese and Malay languages is essential.
Responsibilities: Online Teaching: Conduct online training sessions for company clients, focusing on IT skills and knowledge. Create engaging and informative content to facilitate learning. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in a friendly and outgoing manner. Address their inquiries, concerns, and provide technical support as needed. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot application and IT-related issues faced by clients. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications. Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to company staff as needed, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary IT skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IT and online teaching methodologies. Incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs to enhance effectiveness. Language Proficiency: Utilize proficiency in Chinese and Malay languages to facilitate communication with clients and colleagues. Translate documents and materials as necessary. Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to identify and address technical issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in online teaching and IT support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Proficiency in Chinese and Malay languages is mandatory. Willingness to travel domestically and to China for client meetings and training sessions. Outspoken and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others learn. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
