It Systems Support Technician

Responsibilities: Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify and resolve IT automation issues.Log Analysis: Monitor and analyze system logs to enhance performance. Maintenance: Conduct routine upkeep on automation software and hardware.Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to boost efficiency and reliability in IT automation.Compliance: Adhere to protocols for accuracy and consistency.Technical Support: Train production staff on IT automation tools.Documentation: Maintain clear records of system setups and changes.Collaboration: Work with teams to align automation efforts with business goals. Requirements: Education:  Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT networking and Windows/Linux systems.Experience with log analysis and SQL (Oracle, MariaDB, or MSSQL).Familiarity with manufacturing automation protocols (SECS/GEM) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions independently. Flexibility:  Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience: 1-3 years in IT automation service delivery.
