It Technical Support (Contractual) - Malaysian

**Duties**:- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Desktops/Laptops for Branches Nationwide- Perform 2nd and 3rd level support for Windows OS, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Active Directory- Perform system recovery/restoration upon system corruption or replacement of hard disk- Perform refresh program for Personal computers, laptops and printers- Keep Desktop/printer inventory and perform hardware asset inventory- Work with 3rd party vendor for hardware repair, coordination, delivery and installation- Install Network equipment such as router and switches and perform basic troubleshooting- Install new servers and perform basic troubleshooting**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field- At least 2 years experience of Level 2/Level 3 IT support- Able to travel within JB area**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callApplication Question(s):- Notice Period**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Level 2/Level 3 IT support: 2 years (preferred)- Technical Support: 2 years (preferred)
