Job ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoots errors and problems relating to network, hardware, and server.
Monitor endpoints for outbreaks of viruses, spyware, worms and implement strategies for immediate remedial actions.
Identify problematic areas on the endpoints and user hardware and implement strategic solutions promptly.
Maintain the highest possible level of server room operations by monitoring the server room environment, checking on the fire suppression equipment, and limiting and recording access to the server room.
Ensure troubleshooting of server, system, and applications is well executed by vendors or relevant support teams.
Involve in infrastructure implementation and monitoring to ensure optimum performance of all endpoints at all times.
Ensure accurate records of software licenses, activations, product warranty, and service records.
