Responsibilities:Work closely with internal departments to conduct user requirements gathering and analyze business requirements.
Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals.
Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plans.
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
Design specifications and manuals for workflow improvements.
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
2-4 years of proven experience working in a technical writing position.
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
