Japanese Account Fulfilment Specialist

a) Handles and resolves manual Japanese market internal/external queries and cases based on company's policies and procedures b) Identifies and escalates difficult and complex Japanese issues to senior team members c) Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards Japanese market speaking client, vendor, customers, etc. d) Liaises with internal departments and external request and interpret the precise information from Japanese to English. e) Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's system. f) Keeps updated with company procedures and processes g) Shares Japanese market feedback with relevant departments for further improvements h) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. i) Keep up to date with Japanese relevant news, market and any trending event in order to adapt to client request and improve overall practices.We're the world's leading staffing expert.
